hb33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hb33 platform and all of its associated services. By accessing the hb33 website or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

hb33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on hb33, you must be 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may only create one account. It is strictly prohibited to operate multiple accounts for the same person, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name (as shown on your national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• A valid email address
• Correct date and year of birth

If false or misleading information is provided, hb33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account and withhold any pending withdrawals.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hb33 may request documents for identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-approved identification. Account activity may be restricted if documents are not submitted.

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. hb33 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the hb33 support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account. hb33 is not liable for unauthorized use by third parties.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hb33 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used. Transactions from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Typical withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

hb33 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. If any active bonus is attached to your deposited funds, the related wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

hb33 may reject or cancel any transaction in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Identified risk of money laundering
• Incomplete identity verification
• Use of a third-party account

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hb33 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager that bonus amount 15 times (15x) before withdrawing the bonus funds. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per user.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Applicable game and bet restrictions may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• hb33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are identified.

6.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

Every betting decision is made entirely at the user's own discretion. hb33 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet. hb33 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of incorrectly displayed information due to a technical error or display issue.

6.2 Game Continuity

If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or a technical fault, hb33 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules. Server-side logs are the definitive record and will be used to resolve any disputes.

6.3 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on hb33 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results. The platform uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep all data protected.
